No. It falls on one man, yes. But, he's not a player. He's their coach. It falls on Carlisle. He has what it takes. He has to get down onto paper & then on into their heads & hearts. If they'll believe in him, trust him implicitly, follow him, unconditionally,,,Carlisle will take them to it.

Carlislie doesn't seem like a motivational kind of coach to me, he's very good at strategics though.

You don't have to be directly demonstrative to motivate. Brooks, the other night after pulling Westbrook was killer motivational when he whacked Brooks hard on the ass. It wasn't an act of contrition, nor, one of defiance to the moment. It was an act of stern love and isolated to the moment. It came from not his mind, but, from Brooks' heart, and deep therein'. That moment will stand the test of time. Brooks struck a template there for all coaches & their players in crisis.
