82-83 .... kupchak and worthy was out. even if they were healthy, no team was derailing that sixer machine. Moses was a beast.

88-89: Magic hammy goes snap. Byron Scott, who became the Lakers 3rd scorer, hammy went snap and they just didnt have enough after the injuries.

10-11: Lakers got worked. Simple as that.

:lol Spur total championship number equaling Laker sweeps after one.

Spur fans would kill their own mother to have the '09 season end in a title before the 2010 skunker. :lmao

hell, speaking of that era of 80s ball, those swept Laker squads were the reason the Ice Man retired ringless ...... Ice Man = 0 for career

it was complete ownage of the Spurs in the 80's

wasn't even funny

the real spurs fans I've met in S.A. have much affinity for those Laker squads believe it or not. Good friend of mine and his wife each own a Magic jersey kid you not. kind of weird but I get it.

Gotta give the ECF a big edge in the 80's

Sixers - Celtics - Pistons - Bulls

West had Lakers but then Rockets probably 2nd best?

Two of those came after repeats ...oh wait Che (fixed from Spur fan) knows little about how hard it is to defend a title ...twice.

LOL hiring a Spurs and Cavs' reject as a coach. What in the fucking world are the Lakers up to?

Bulls are in the driver's seat. a 20+pt beat down will do that to a series.

If Bulls lose tonights game series is 50-50

If Bulls win they have 80% of closing this one out.

it's a no brainer Bulls will win in 5 or 6.

The Celtics were really attrocious and made the Heat look good for a while. Time for heatfan to wake up to reality.

Bulls are 10 deep and all play decent or better.

Heat are 2 1/2 deep and everyone else is YMCA caliber

:lmao this was the easiest series to call in the entire playoffs. Actually probably easiest series to call since Mavs/Warriors round 1.

Bulls will win in 5 or 6

Che's prediction still stands. :wow

no surprises here. Jumpshooting teams eventually get exposed in the playoffs

Che will not change his predicition and stick to OKC taking this. But I do not foresee a short series anymore. IMO OKC in 6

I even see Dallas taking the 1st 2 games only to get their usual yearly backdoor sweep
