I assume the OP has carpal tunnel syndrome? This is what I do; doesn't cure anything but gives a slight, temporary relief ;)

A massage therapist buddy of mine told me an exercise you could do that kinda uses the Extension example in that pic. I'll try to explain as best I can here. Bend your elbow towards you. Bend your hand, with your other hand, ala Extension, but it will be palm up. Gently apply pressure by pushing down on the fingers of the Extension palm. You'll feel it in the middle of your arm. Now, while keeping the pressure on the Extension hand, straighten out your arm and hold for 10 seconds or as long as you can stand. It smarts the first few times if you've never done it before but you'll get used to it.
