The off side of having a young and up and coming team is that they have too much pride/cockyness/over confidence.

Durant is well on his way to being an awesome player. Westbrook on the other hand is abit of a wild card.

Westbrick is only 22, but he needs a major attitude adjustment if they're going to make the leap and get to the next level. It takes time to learn the PG position, but more than that he needs to stop being so damn selfish on the court and grow up a bit off of it. They need to play better defense. Make smarter decisions on defense. Study what great defensive teams do. They have the personnel. Just not the commitment.
