i know in vietnam, if your filthy rich or have relativs or connections in the VC party, you get away with most things....its pretty shit actually thats why most cops there dont do shit or get involve in mass fights that involves weapons, not worth gettin injured if ur earning $100 a month legally (not including bribe money cash in hand on the streets) lol.
