are just not meant to ever be champions...it's depressing but I've come to that conclusion.

I'm sad for Dirk, because he has played his heart out for over 10 years with this team, but I think he will go down as just another great player that never won a ring.

I just don't know what to think right now.....:depressed

I mean, if it isn't the fucking refs in 06 I'm sure he would have 1 ring

But the way things seem right now, Mavs have been down by at least double figures in every game. Some times you have to accept that the ship is sinking and there is nothing that can be done about it.

The Miami heat have 3 players capable of taking over any game at any given time, we just have Dirk and as Dirk does so do the Mavs.

I don't think we can overcome James, Wade and Bosh tbh

they need more black players plain and simple. bring in more black players and the championship will come

Mavfan conveniently forgetting, as always, the only reason they were in the finals in 2006 is because of the referees in the San Antonio series. Wade was a slasher in his prime. Nowitzki is a soft jump shooter.

speaking of the 06' playoffs, the mavs playing heat in the finals just got the same treatment the spurs received in the 2nd round when they were playing dem mavs. what goes around comes around imho, and the same be happening to the heat in this series now, the mavs just omitted their chances and let the refs down

It appears that other than Dirk, the Heat have the Mavs number. The Mavs aren't getting the contributions from all over the place like they were in the previous rounds. But on the other hand, surprises have the Mavs trademark this postseason.

LMAO, I think we're about done with the surprises. Mavs last surprise was the Game 2 comeback they had. Heat have been up by double digits, at least once, in every single game in the Finals. If the Heat can end the inevitable Mavs run early, it's over.

No panic here. Wait until we see what goes down Tuesday night. If there's another Mavs loss, then start reaching for that LifeAlert bracelet.

Suicide, in your case, is not quite a viable option yet, BUT if the thought of possibly putting a knife to your wrist runs through your mind in the coming days, it might not be a bad idea to act upon it

Somebody (Stevenson, Brewer or somebody else) has got to stop Wade, or at least slow him down. Put the pressure on LeBron. Also, Dirk has to play out of his mind in every game for the Mavs to have a chance. No one else is sharing the offensive burden with Dirk right now. Carlisle isn't putting the right players on the floor in key moments, but there might not be any.

Too bad for Dirk, he's the NBA best player. Hopefully Bulter returns soon.
