Does he enter the argument for the 2nd greatest SG of all-time, behind Michael?..

probably not.

I'd still give it to Kobe.

If he keeps raising his game when it counts for a few more years, maybe. Not now.

My list would be MJ, Kobe, Manu, then Wade. At least now anyway.

I can picture him cursing at the TV last night as Wade was going HAM and Bron was riverdancing into the lane for another travel call. I just hope his g/f wasn't collateral damage in his drunken tirade last night. :(

Bron's going to come out in game 4 and drop 35. And Harlem will stop acting like a female.

That's the hope, he's better than this.

Harlem would rather Lebron win the Finals MVP, obviously, but it's not a big deal..Harlem is a huge Wade fan as well, as I've been saying for years(even pre-Donation), the ring is all that matters..

The Lebron threads are just a defense against the stupidity and ignorance/lack of basketball knowledge..

This thread is a legit discussion, Wade will unarguably make a case to enter the argument..

Nick Manning

You're cracking. Lay-low for awhile and hope Bron can redeem you both. He's amazing, so i have faith he will.

:lol Wait until Harlem bumps the threads..it's going to make predictions history..Harlem will take a leave of absence, or retire, tbh, there won't be a point of posting anymore..

He might let DD delete his posts in some of those threads, since he's my man and all..

I've made many a wrong prediction, so I can laugh at myself without insecurity. I'm actually curious to see how many picks I butchered:lol

Thankfully I didn't bet on any of my preseason picks. In fact the only futures bet I remember making was during the first round of the playoffs, when I put $100 on OKC at 15-1. Don't regret that bet, the risk/reward was worth it.

If Wade wins Finals MVP, will LeBron be considered #2 SF sidekick of all-time behind Pippen?

The only prediction i've made this postseason was the Heat over the Mavs in 7.

But i forgot to say "book it" so i don't think it really counts.

top three sg's would probably be:

Jordan
Bryant
West

those three are certified

Gervin
Wade
Miller
Ginobili
Drexler

these guys would probably fight for number 4 and 5

i've said this before, lebron is already going to have a better career than kobe. the only thing left undecided is whether or not wade has a better career than kobe. after wade wins finals MVP, he will match kobe's total. but we all know ginobili is the second best SG after jordan so they will be fighting for third place.

He is listed also as PG could be a good compromise

Yes, he enters the argument. But he still loses his case quite easily. If he continues to play like he has, he will have two extremely impressive Finals performances. But while they will be considered, the entire career is judged in totality. Wade still lacks a League MVP. He'll need to put together several more years of all star and all NBA caliber seasons to make the longevity part of his case to really get in the conversation. He's already on the verge of being in the argument. It's a matter of strengthening his resume and case.

I don't even like Kobe that much, but I wouldn't put Wade over him until he dominates at least 2 more years. Kobe has had a long long career in a time with a fair amount of good SGs. He's still able to produce at his age, albeit finally starting to show significant decline.

LBJ is on track though, only 26 and still improving. I don't really consider him an SG though.

A lot of people in this list are forgetting about Jerry West. Until Kobe won these last two rings even old time Laker fans were still holding out on considering him better than West.

So before Wade passes Kobe on the all time list, let's make sure he passes West first.

lol, Wade would make a case to be a top 5 SG

hasnt really done too much in his career outside of 1.5 finals so far, and we all know the refs deserved the finals mvp 5 years ago.

If prime Dwyane Wade were to play prime Jerry West 1 on 1 first to 11, I'd be surprised if West scored more than 2 points.

Amazing how Wade's D is still underrated by many. Easily one of the top defenders at the 2 spot imho...

Not for me. I said last night that Wade's best is better than Bryant's. But I also said, Bryant's longevity and accomplishments give him the edge for now. Wade is going to need another 3-4 years at an elite level and a few more accomplishments along the way before I move him ahead of Bryant. But that being said, I fully expect Wade to do that, so it's only a matter of time (barring debilitating injury, of course).

You're a full blown retard (srs). Kobe Bryant's best is on a COMPLETELY different level than Wade's best.

If Jerry West, Earl Monroe, George Gervin, Joe D., Sam Jones, and Pistol Pete never existed.. and the nba history only went back to 1992.. and Manu and Kobe never existed.. Then yeah he would be ranked number 2
