I actually tried that stuff when I ran in Corpus.... Drank a large bottle the night before, and another about 40 minutes before I ran...

Actually, yes. I normally struggle at the end of long runs, I did 8.7 that day and felt fine after, and more importantly the next day.

Case in point... on Monday, without the endurance formula, I struggled on a 6 miler....

I have thought of buying it for my daughter. She plays competitive soccer. I have only seen it in the large bottles though, not the smaller ones.

Just got back from a training run....maybe I'll do the 5K instead of the 10K. LOL!

My little sister and one of her girlfriends did the "Bay to Breakers" run in San Francisco a few weeks ago.

That sounds more your speed TLong, a lot of nakedidity out there I heard.
