I was thinking more towards you having an X amount of cash, and having Union Zombies with pamphlets (like "Where's my free lunch?" or "I want my free healthcare!") appear on the screen and if you don't tap them quick enough you lose some cash, if you do tap them quick enough, you get cash... once your cash reaches zero, it's game over.
