Kidd has already said no matter what happens this year he will be back I think he will play out his contract which I believe will end after next year

Who would Mavs trade for him? I don't think it would be an option after new cap rules come out.

Deron won't make them better than they are now. If anything he takes possessions from Dirk. He's a great passer, but he's a scoring PG and the Mavs don't need a scoring PG.

:rollin:rollincareer 22 and 10 player with underrated defense doesn't make a team better, what world do you live in? And before you referance his mediocre shooting numbers with NJ that had to do with him playing with a wrist injury.

He's a great player. He won't make a championship squad better. When you mess with the recipe, you never know what you are going to get. Piling on superstars doesn't always mean championships as Miami might soon learn.
