What the hell are the T-Wolves gonna do? Any idea?

Hoping a trade comes along ... they've been playing it cool. Not initiating any trade talk. Keeping up the public face that they're keeping the pick. But I think they'll move it if they get the right pieces. They have a lot of interest in the Lakers' Pau Gasol. Also might bite if Wizards offer JaVale McGee. They want long, athletic players to run the floor with Rubio.

:lmao Minnesota is stupid.

First trade option - Pau Gasol.

Fallback option - Javale McGee.

David Stern will make it happen. Lakers will get Love and #2 pick for Gasol and a years worth of in and out burgers.

really good move by minny tbqh, they'd always draft a 2nd-rd material with their lottery pick. 2nd rounder for an all-star must be a shrewd deal for dem i said

I like williams but I think he will be a star not superstar

That actually makes sense. Sure Gasol is a bit too old making a litte too much money, but that team needs a vet big man. And Gasol is better than Williams for now.

wolves have to trade for talent because they will not get a fa to sign there

it'd be actually a stupid move by lakers. Unless they want to rebuild (doubt it)

Gasol was born and raised in Barcelona, just like Rubio. They've played in the same systems for a long time, so yeah it makes a lot of sense trying to accomodate Rubio like this.

Gasol's a couple weeks short of 31. I don't think I'd do that trade, since Minnesota in nowhere close to contending. Better to suck another year, take Williams and see if he can beat out Beasley, and then go out and get Austin Rivers in the 2012 draft to plug their hole at shooting guard.
