I'm in Fort Worth and it's 11:15 and the thermometer still reads 95 degrees :(

I don't think this is normal? is it?

it also feels hot and humid as fuck

My car thermometer read 116 on Friday. Yeah, it's Texas and it's not even summer. Not for 2 more days anyway.
