LOL! Texas Republican Party nixes plan for presidential straw poll - wonder why?

After flirting with the idea for a few weeks, the Texas Republican Party has opted to not hold a presidential straw poll this fall.

The state party had been considering holding the event in October. It would have been the second presidential straw poll for the Texas GOP.
