I went to the hospital looking for you today. I am glad you are at home.

A week ago, walking in that ICU room, I didn't know what I would see because I heard your were not doing well and possible weren't going to survive. What I saw was you fighting for your life and doing the things needed to ride this out.

I am so glad you are doing better and at home with Kori and your children. When I got the text from Christy and Kori, it was painful. I was so glad to see everyone coming together to pray that you would be fine and bringing food and stuff.

I remember putting my hand on your shoulder and said you will be fine, what you're like 30 years old? Kori said, you really think so? She was calling for a Priest at that time. I said Yep. Man, I was reaching and praying, but shit we got to have faith right?

Well, I can't tell you how much I am relieved today personally. You guys mean alot to me and my family.... My kids always ask about Kori... She is so cool, she covers the Spurs.

You guys are Friends for Life....

Love you.

-Kevin

I say put the smack and troll jive away for one thread.

Well said, Sequ. Again, best news of the week to hear Timvp reunited with wife and family, and on the road to full health. Very happy for you folks, and grateful to have Timvp's insights and camaraderie back again.

Between this and Whottt (RIP) it makes you realize how amazing some of the friendships we've built over the years through this site and others are. Everyone that helped out Kori and the kids made me very proud to know a group of people like you. I think everyone would agree that Kori and LJ have been nothing but awesome to all of us over the years and I was very happy to see that good will returned to them without them even asking when they needed it.

PS Kevin, don't even come up to me and try to talk to me. :toast

Agreed. Even though I still can't make topics :depressed

This site is amazing because it is unique, and timvp and kori allow it to stay that way. Major props.

Wow, you don't check in for two weeks, come back for a peek, and the ST Universe has imploded!

I have no idea what happened, but all my best to the Ellis', and get better soon, LJ.

I haven't been here in several days. Thank God you are ok LJ! And Sequ... reading your post has me tearing up right now. That was awesome. SpursTalk really does feel like a family, even though I've never met anyone here in person.
