Thanks for the gif son....you would think people would PRACTICE throwing in their backyard before getting out there. Not a horrible throw. I'd throw a 60-70mph strike

I was wondering how well the best player in the NBA could pitch.

I've never seen Dirk as happy as I've seen him these past couple of weeks, the guy is enjoying being a champ tbh. I'm happy for that man :hat

He's worked for this moment his whole life. And he can shut up a lot of people that took shots at him. He's found a great new girlfriend. So yes, a lot of reasons to be happy.

He seems like he's loving this and just enjoying the moment. Nothing wrong with that. How many players in NBA history have had to overcome what Dirk and the Mavs did in 2006 to eventually win a championship?

I honestly haven't seen him this relaxed, ever. It seems like every second of his life has been consumed with reaching his goal of winning a championship. He didn't eat red meat, drink, or cheat on his diet during the season since they lost in 2006. His big celebration for winning the west was eating a piece of pizza. He works as hard or harder than anyone in the NBA.

Dirk looks so happy - and I'm happy for him. He's worked so hard and endured a ton of criticism; and now he's a champion. He looks so relaxed and I'll bet he's glad to get that monkey off his shoulder of being called a choker.

This. I'm still coming to terms with it, even though I rooted for them from the WCSF on, but it's time to throw all the "lol chokers" stuff out the window.
