It's been documented that we're interested in him and we need a center. Did I really need to explain all that? You act like Nene is a bad player.

True, but the Spurs should have kept Hill and traded TP him - if that trade works. Outlook:

Hill
Choo Choo Neal (Beak comes off bench)
RJ
Nene
Timmy D

Still won't win it all, but more formidable up front than what you guys are rolling with right now. Y'all saw first hand that small ball is fun in RS, but need bigs in the 2nd season to do any damage in the WC.

Take Shaq, and Kobe away and guess how many times Fisher would ring?

Great news, 'cos he's the Spurs Tyson Chandler. The Spurs could drop on him the MLE x max allowable increments x max years with players option after 3 years (classy verbal deal to re-up him at that point included). He's 28 with Splitter they would be the Spurs bigs for the future.

You won't get a big of Nene's calibre for MLE.

And they'd have an edge over just about any front court in the league because they could communicate in Brazilian to each other.

If we did, I'm sure it would be for a non-guaranteed, highly incentive-laden contract and the Rockets would operate as if he was not a part of our plans.

Most likely to sign in Miami tbh

He won't touch the Spurs for 10 more years. SA is where stars go to retire. The only stars they ever get are either drafts or headed for the glue factory. True story.

Just like Manu and Oberto could say things in Argentinian and nobody could understand them.

New Jersey Nets should aggressively pursue him. Depending on what the CBA changes (should it ever get settled), the Nets could still be in position to offer a big sized contract to Nene. He'd fit nicely next to Bropez in their front court. And it would possibly give Deron Williams incentive to stay.

It's pretty funny thinking he could go to Miami. I can't see Nene looking over to his right and knowing that soft bitch Chris Bosh is making three times as much money as him.
