Dleague during lockout

So the Dleague is going to play even if the lockout cancels the NBA season, any NBA players able to play in the Dleague?

I guess NBA free agents might conceivably be able to join, but I don't think many would do it unless they were marginal players who weren't going to be re-signed by their teams anyway.
