Point guard Chris Quinn (http://espn.go.com/nba/player/_/id/3046/chris-quinn), who spent last season with the San Antonio Spurs (http://espn.go.com/nba/team/_/name/sa/san-antonio-spurs), has signed a one-year, $1 million deal with Russian League team Khimki, based in Moscow, according to his agent.

Quinn
Quinn's contract does not have a clause that would allow him to return to play in the NBA next season should the current lockout end.
"He wanted to play," said Mark Bartlestein, Quinn's agent. "Now he's going to have a season and earn a living. He's not a guy who has made a fortune in the NBA, so to know he has a sure thing is very valuable. Rather than waiting on things he has no control over, like this lockout, it makes perfect sense to make a deal like this."
Quinn, 27, has played for the Heat, Nets and Spurs over five seasons. He made a career-high $1.07 million while playing for the Nets two seasons ago and $875,000 with the Spurs last season.
He had his most productive season in 2007-08, averaging 7.8 points and three assists in 22 minutes.
