The USS Ranger has been decommissioned. If everything goes right, she will have a permanent home just a few miles from where I live. She will be moored in the Columbia River, in Fairview, at Chinook Landing Marine Park (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Chinook+Landing+Marine+Park&hl=en&ll=45.561375,-122.442327&spn=0.012229,0.016007&oe=utf-8).
