Title says it all. Few years ago I surprised myself in the gym by actually flushing a dunk. It's a pretty lame dunk but check out my 2007 Spurs Championship shirt!

Felt kinda lame setting up my camera and taping it but I had to get this shit on video since I no longer can get up like this.

Anyone else have a video of their dunks? I've always wanted to do the classic DRob Hammer dunk, but you have to get super high to pull it off.

Yea, played a little pick up ball today and tried to flush one on a fastbreak. Rim checked HARD and fell flat on my ass. Whole gym laughed at me. Ahhhhhh... the glory days...

Hi im new around here. Just wanted to say this is a very good dunk hun :) I go to the gym every now and then and try to shoot some 3's, but most of them result in airballs lol

never see matt sheamus bonner making a dunk in a game imho, dunking in da game is quite different & takes much more effort then making a dunk in practice imho

Yea I'm not gonna lie, never dunked in a real game before. I have been able to get it down once or twice in pickup games on fast breaks. I'm 6'2 and skinny as a rail, which is a good jumper's build. Unfortunately I played baseball instead of basketball and never really developed any sort of jumper.
