I thought it was pretty damn funny. :lol

If you have GTA 4, here is how to do it: (Pulled from the comments of the Youtube Video)
To do this yourself, go to GTAIV/common/data and edit your handling.dat file, replacing the number for each car in the "wbias" column to -9.
Be sure to backup the original should you want to go back to running errands for minorities.
