Right now the refs have been handing us alot of calls that have went againts the piston in spur favor. Ofcourse this makes since because it is our home court

do you think that will change a little, alot , or do you think the refs will countuie to fix the calls so the spurs win? do you think they want a sweep so the spurs champion run is over so they can look forward to next years mami heat vs spur or want to extended for more games

It doesnt matter as long as they play the same way they have been playing, we have to earn the calls over there. Keep attacking the basket.

There were no calls that caused the Pistons to get down by 20-some points. You cant blame the refs. I think they did a decent job in games 1 and 2.

WTF are u talking about??? :jack The refs don't need to call in Spurs favor, 18ppg differential. Spurs have been crushing the Pistons.

And Miami is gonna suck next year, just 'cause Shaq's dominance is going downhill.

Is that why the Spurs are 6-2 on the road so far in the playoffs?
Sweeping the run and gun Suns?
The Spurs won't be crying like babies about the refs and won't get
unwanted T's!

I agree the Spurs have been getting a few calls in their favor, but don't you think that's overstating the case just a little bit? If the refs really are intentionally calling it lopsided, I chalk it up to being annoyed at the nonstop b!tching from the Pistons (which I would REALLY like them to STOP, f'chrissakes.) If the Pistons just SHUT UP AND GO TO WORK, the refs shouldn't be a problem.

In my opinion the refs have rewarded the aggressive team with the calls....so who ever is aggressive will get the calls

I agree the Pistons are the biggest whiny bitches ever...but they are just taking after their coach. After all wasnt it Larry that bitched about the refs in the ECFs?

I'm sure with the crowd and the fever of the Finals, the officiating will have a little home-cooking flavor to it. I don't see that as a major fear for the Spurs. They overcame it in PHX for example.

I felt before the series started that each team would hold serve on it's home court. I wouldn't be surprised if Detroit won 2 or 3 up there. If they don't win a least 2, then there will be nothing to talk about on officiating.

Yea I think that detroit will get a few nodds, and rightfully so since it is their homecourt, but the spurs have played through that atmoshpere on the road and have taken care of business while they got the calls at home. Should not be a problem for the spurs.

I also agree with bdubya, if Detroit would quit bitchin the refs would probably be a little more friendly to them.

I think the Spurs have been getting the benefit of some calls, but they've been earning it for the most part with aggressiveness and hustle. That's the same way the Pistons have gotten teams in foul trouble over the last two year. I think the biggest change could come if the Pistons get off the back of their heels and get on the attack themselves.
