EPSN3 is online live streaming? Or does it have it's own channel on DTV? I don't have DTV, which is why I don't know, but a bunch of friends do, and we're always down to drink beer and watch Manu tear it up.

It's all online. Whether you can get it depends on your internet provider, so the best thing do is just try to sign up. Chances are you or one of your friends will have be able to, then you or they could access that account even if you are at a location with a different ISP.
