Contrary to some ciruclating rumors, you can die from Brain Freeze.

What happens if you say ''No you can't die'' and then a person eats his ice cream at a faster pace than normal and said person dies -- would I get charged with murder?

You could be charged with murder if it was believed that you intentionally misled the ice cream eater - knowing that they would die.

Normally it's a tough case to make. But now they would be able to tie it back to your Google search and Spurs Talk.

When you get brain freeze, an instant cure is just rubbing your tongue against your pallet on the roof of your mouth. Don't know why but it works. Just didn't want BSM to worry anymore.
