maybe because they wanted to show off the level design and use all of the voice acting of Ellen Mclain that was available for the project?

I mean, I understand your point of view, but when you get a chance to have a voice actor for one of the most popular video games in recent history help you propose to your girlfriend, you dont just toss that shit in the trash unless your a fucking moron.
