I don't know either, but I found this lurking through a Pistons board:


The Spurs intro is a band called Nightwish. They're an orchestral swedish metal band with a chick singer.

But nobody seems to know the name of the song.

The song may be Sacrament of Wilderness. But that is probably wrong.

The only version of that I've heard is slow. The song I'm talking about is more upbeat.

I think you might be talking about Dream Theater's Metropolis

Thats the one they play at the begining of the game before the Starting lineups are announced.....the one in the intro we see on the jumbotron on TV

Yeah, I knew they played "Metropolis" sometimes at the start of the second half... I don't remember it being played before intros. I'll check the game tape tonight.

are you sure it's J.LO? The only songs I've heard at the games from her are LGL and Get Right...that I remember...

I'm not sure of anything, but it certainly sounds like her.
