Don't even start me on Del Harris' punk ass. He wouldn't even play Kobe until an injury to EJ in his second season. Like Ashy said, Del had way more talent than PJ had as Lakers' coach. I still rue the day the EJ/Seldom Campbell trade for Glen Rice. Imagine running the triangle with these players:

However, Jerry takes the blame for Del Harris as coach; as far as I know, he hired him.
