New weekly forum bits

Hey I was thinking of doing weekly bits and awards after every college football weekend.

Can't do too many but I was thinking

1) Funniest post of the week

and

2) Scoff of the week


I want to keep it to two max, if anyone has any better ideas name them here, and before Monday morning so we can get this ish started.
