Ron Paul broke $900K. He also won the California straw poll and kicked Perry's ass, Paul got 45%, Perry 29%, Romney a very lame 9%, Bachmann 8%, and everyone elsae at 2% or less.

Paul also just got endorsed by Barry Manilow, Vince Vaughn, and Michigan GOP congressman Justin Amash.

Reaction to Ron Paul shows some Americans are exceptionally stupid

That is the charm of Ron Paul. I think I can say, without fear of contradiction, that no politician in recent history has irritated so many knuckleheads in so few words.

The political establishment will never let an anti-establishment radical win, ever!

Assholes like Jimmy Ricky and Willard run as non-Insiders (Jimmy Ricky at outside-the-beltway faux cowboy), non-politicians (Willard says he's a businessman), but those two are 100% establishment candidates.

$900K? Big whoop. Rick Perry can wipe his ass and find $900K.

I would like to say something witty and condescending about how he has no chance in hell of winning anything, but Ron Paul is just so irrelevant that I can't even justify the two seconds of effort it would take to think of a clever put-down.

He doesn't have a chance, so I'm going to reform my opinions, ideals, principals, standards, and ethics to suit a candidate that can win. I only support clear winners.

It's not about supporting someone for the sake of "feels good". You are not going to have Ron Paul.

It's like when you were young, you wanted cake or some other shit for dinner but you weren't getting it, so when you were asked which dish you wanted, chicken or pot roast, you better pick the one you are more willing to eat. If you just say "cake", your brother gets to pick the dinner for the night.

As much as I would love to see him get a chance, I have to agree. In the scheme of things whatever Paul says about anything is irrelevant.
