Fitz is smart and knows when to get rid of the ball but he's rarely been touched the last 2 games and his line plays a huge role in this (OAK D was good at sacking the QB last year). The fact that NE has been struggling to apply consistent pressure on the QB doesn't bode well.

No physical or big receivers either, which IMO has a lot to do with a flaw in Brady no one talks about. It seems like any throw he's not putting on a line and isn't a bullet is inaccurate and poorly timed. His finesse passes are terrible.

I think it's poor technique and lack of physicality. He's in a man to man scheme and is supposed to jam hard the receiver but rarely does so. The receiver (Marshall or Jackson) being stronger or faster (Johnson) he tries to over-pursue in order to not get beat deep and misses the WR hitting his breaks for big gains. The technique is something that will be corrected and the pats won't face a strong number 1 WR other than Marshall and maybe Bowe.
