Honest question for Warrior fans, all this talk about Curry and Ellis being too small, but when it comes to Championship contention, which will be in a few years for the Warriors, this "size" concern brought up a good thought. In two seasons, who is going to be left in the league that's a legit 6'6 star, or superstar? Kobe will be old, Manu will be old, Ray Allen is old, Wade won't be that old, but is only 6'4 at best, Brandon Roy has health issues, so who else is really left?

Do you think this entire "size" came up because they think the younger SG's such as Harden, who isn't 6'6, Paul George, etc. you get what I mean...

What do you guys think?

Size traditionally has to do with matchups wherein a smaller SG will be at a disadvantage since he would be matched against larger SGs. Warriors will need defense to be successful because the athleticism in the league is increasing, guards with size or uncanny defensive prowless will be needed. Ellis and Curry are run n gunners, it won't fly them to a chip because there are teams like the Bulls that are defensive oriented with strong scoring presence.
