When a person is that self-inflicted-ly sick in the body, I have serious doubts about their mental/spiritual health, balance.

When a person is that self-inflicted-ly sick in the body, I have serious doubts about their mental/spiritual health, balance.
And according to the other thread, we should not be paying for health coverage for his self-inflicted health problems.
