View Full Version : Why the Spurs really lost ...

Kori Ellis

Many people at the GTG tonight know why. But I'll share it with the rest of you. It's all on Mr. Dio.

In the second quarter, he came up to me and said that he had to leave the GTG because he had to be at work at 9:00am tomorrow. I was like :wtf -- everyone has to go to work early, this is the NBA Finals. Anyway, he acted like a puss and whined and cried about it. I took his house keys from him so that he couldn't go. But in the end, he left with his friend Dickey and he snuck out without even saying GoodBye. (wimp)

So, he quit on the Spurs. And then the Spurs quit on us.

So if you are wondering why the Spurs fell apart, there you have it.

It's Mr.Dio's fault.

Manu was just scared to go to the hoop. It was pathetic. I hope they do something about him in the offseason.

I was thinking it was going to be all because Eva wasn't in attendance. At least, that was the popular excuse in the Phoenix and Seattle series. :lol

Eva was in attendance, if you watched the Post game stuff on the NBA channel you saw her with Parker right before he took the podium.

I would personally like to invite Mr. Dio to party with us the rest of the season. Free drinks, free food, and he can borrow my wife for the rest of the series.

As long as it keeps him away from you guys. Us Piston fans will take whatever we can get.

I took a shower in half time and put on my Spurs shirt. I WILL MAKE SURE TO GO UNSHOWERED AND NOT MAKE ANY CLOTHING CHANGES AT HALFTIME FOR GAME 4!

I haven't been able to make a GTG for a game in a long time (not including the after-game ones). I take my share of the responsibility.

Pay him more money is the only thing they should do, you fuckin moron.

You want to trade one of the best bargains in the NBA?

OK, if Kori & LJ will have me back I promise to sit thru the entire game right next to Manny & Blaze. Nothing like a little 3some for good luck right?

Hm, well, before read this message board, I had a lot of respect for Spurs fans. But they are actually worse than Pistons fans, on the message boards. :hat

I have to question your judgement. Manny and Blaze? I thought you had eyes for Mouse and Paki? :lol

Of course you are welcome back, but don't think that we can't razz you. BTW, I have your frickin' house keys.

How about we switch Argentinian for Argentinian?

Straight up, Ginobli for Delfino...we'll even throw in our first round draft pick. :)
