I've seen an interview with him where he has plausible explanations of the account. I have not seen any good evidence against him. He is definitely a man of little morals by our accounts, but where is the evidence he has done the things people say he has?

That was then and I wasn't aware of such an attempt. Like I said, Qaddafi has mellowed over the years. In fact, we started diplomatic relations with him again a few years ago.
