Way to go, guys!

I have, at most, 6 baseball games left. I can't care as much about football, or at all about hockey. They're ruining my life.

The owners are set in cement on a hard cap. This is where the players have to resist with every fiber of their being. The next time they talk the players into sitting though the players must insist that it start with the issue of the hard cap and work back to BRI.

looks like Peter Holt is lead tight wad, in owners vs players.

I hope the unions dissolves, sues the shit out of the owners, then creates another league with Mark Cuban as the commissioner.

Blame the Spurs!! ;)

The NBPA isn't happy with Spurs' owner Peter Holt. Source says he's slowing talks and told the players, "You haven't felt enough pain yet."

"Paul Allen, Peter Holt, Wyc Grousbeck, Robert Sarver and Dan Gilbert are all hardliners. They are stopping the progress," said NBPA source.

The same source said that several owners from larger markets, specifically James Dolan and Mark Cuban, seem ready to make a deal.

I would like to see the union dissolve and sue the owners......as soon as any judge in the US see the avg salary of an NBA player, they would get thrown out on their asses.

Our favorite pussy/moron pretending to be tough guy is at it again. He must figure since his career and chances for another ring are over, why not fuck it up for everyone else. Fucking Celtic pukes.

This fight has grown nastier, more personal, in the past weeks. Privately, management insists that everything changed when the Boston Celtics’ Kevin Garnett walked into the negotiating room on Oct. 4. The owners knew it wouldn’t go well when Garnett started glowering across the table, sources said, like the league lawyers, owners and officials were opponents at the center jump. He was defiant, determined and downright ornery. He was K.G. Everyone knew Hunter (Billy Hunter, executive director of the NBA players union) had to cede to the wishes of the stars, and the stars demanded that the players stop making concessions to the owners.

As one league official said, “We were making progress, until Garnett (expletive) everything up.”

I'd be curious to see which team was actually the best during every NBA season, including those, because a league isn't supposed to have predetermined outcomes.
