But the real failure of this team is not just Manning being out, it's that they have failed to give him a team good enough to win. If everyone responsible for running that team isn't fired after this season, something is wrong.

Bill Polian hasn't been behaving or speaking at all like someone who's in any kind of jeopardy of losing his job.
