On balance, WP and NYT are really nothing but establishment-pimping papers (eg, supporting the bogus Iraq war). Hardly the pillars of the Vast Left Wing Press Conspiracy.

A Washington Post policy guy leans to the left. Stop the presses.

Cut his teeth at the American Prospect, so this should come as a surprise to no one.

Isn't this the guy who came in second on the Pop Charts in 1995?

No and even the writer says as much. I don't think what he did was wrong on his part. Like the writer, I find it troubling that the Democrats are so openly accepting of media bias that they are treating a self proclaimed journalist as their public relations employee. I just find it troubling that the author assumed that this is done all the time and didn't understand all the hoop-la.
I guess, just like teachers teaching kids to a test, this is an accepted unethical practice.

Have you detected it elsewhere?

A "Good" post that has gone under-appreciated IMHO. :king

Yeah and Fox News is fair and balanced..... :rolleyes

The whine about media bias from both sides is hilarious
