The study is currently being reviewed by the U.S. National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity, a "federal advisory committee chartered to provide advice, guidance, and leadership regarding...biological research with legitimate scientific purpose that may be misused to pose a biologic threat to public health and/or national security."
Provided that the lethality is as advertised, this is a no brainer. We've suppressed countless findings regarding radiobiologics. So shall it be with this gem.

CONTAGION!!!!!
Agloco, what are those things in your signature? Looks like either the coolest juicers or the coolest cake mold pans I've ever seen. Where can I get one?

He has what is effectively magnetic oil, exposed to a magnetic field.

ooh ooh, I know!!
If I remember correctly they are a special, nifty kind of fluid with electomagnetic properties that can be molded by applying magnetic fields to them or something similar. Some kind of materials breakthrough.

Yep.
Scott, I'm investigating a new kind of radioactive shielding, one which is intrinsically sensitive to field gradients. The first step is investigating ferrous (iron containing) nanoparticles like those in my picture.

I didn't really understand all that... but I gather what you are trying to say is no juice or cake?
