Milicic would be the big body needed defensively. I don't know why people would prefer Yi when we want to get back to our defensive roots ...

Darko would be the defensive body needed, just dont count on him for points.
I always thought novak could replace bonner since their 3pt fg percentage was similar, novak just never got the minutes. And their d would be a wash, but novak is much cheaper. There are many teams that could use bonner's shooting.

You would be correct. In that game last year in Minny, Darko was beasting the Spurs, on both ends of the court, as the starting center for the T-Pups. I remember it clearly because I was as surprised as anyone that he was able to have that much success. He looked like an all-star in that particular game.
