NBA GM says Magic would let Dwight Howard walk for nothing "rather than take garbage the Lakers would offer. Nobody wants their old guys."

That is an irrelevant question to mine. I simply asked, where would he walk.

Just means Lakers would get him next year without having to give anything up if Dwight truly wants to go there and if they have the cap space, too lazy to look it up.

They'd have the cap space if they drop the Options on Mr. Kardashian and ManTits, but Orlando isn't going to let him walk. They will trade him for something before they let him go for nothing, and not only are they not interested in anything the Lakers can offer, but they can also do better.

Dwights contract is up the end of next season so it wouldn't matter if the Magic traded him. If he really wants to go to L.A he will just wait until the end of the 2012-2013 season when he is a FA.

Again, irrelevant question.

If he walks, it's up to him where he goes. You don't have to be a genius to know that, for a player like D12, almost every team would make moves to accommodate.

Let's be realistic here, we all know Dwight wants to be a Laker or Knick. Teams that he would settle for are probably Nets with D-will or Clippers. No other team really accommodate his desire to not only win a chip, but be put in the media spotlight.

Howard shucked & jived in his Finals.

That "garbage" rang--in succession. I'll go home with them.

No one is here jerking off to the prospects of Pau and Bynum coming to Orlando, making 10 new threads a day, fwiw.

Your stance on this is a bit disingenuous, since you didn't make the same stance on any of the Dwight to LA threads.

the magic and noh doesnt need to improvised shit, could let these 2 asses walk away free

they are basically walking away from a max contract from previous owners

the teams with capspace they dont wanna go there

while the lakers and knicks only have the MLE/3yrs lmao...earnin MLE 3m/3yrs compared to earning 20m a season from max contract....thats nearly 60m in loss earnings...

NOH and orlando dont need draft picks from what the lakers/knicks can provide when they are likely to be at the end of the round picks...fail.
