My guess is the best of the best recruits in the state will choose between Texas and Oklahoma (this will not change). Texas A&M's recruiting will not get better but it wont get worse either. TCU, SMU, Houston on the other hand will be able to obtain better recruits (better than previous years anyway). Baylor will also have better recruiting classes due to the football programs success. The programs that will suffer in Texas recruiting will be Oklahoma State, Missouri (like a 1/4 of their players come from Texas. The move to the SEC will hurt their Texas recruiting greatly) and all the other programs outside of Texas.
Thoughts?
