The more I think about it, the more I feel for her. If she lost an eye, chances are that a large part of her face and head is going to be in really bad shape.

Read about this a couple of days ago. Its pretty sad but reading the comments a lot of pilots were saying they would have never let a passenger off while the prop was still spinning.
