Sad to see him go--but if he continued on he'd have more troubles as he got older in life. I would've probably done the same in his position. I can't imagine how much pain he is currently in and after the ravages of time and season wear-and-tear would've had on him in his latter years of his NBA career. honestly i dont think he was over rated at all, he let his game speak for itself. sure he wasn't in kobe or wades level, but honestly he was alot closer to them than joe johnson was to him. easily one of the most clutch players in the league, when it came to a last second shot maybe 2 people currently playing who id feel comfortable shooting it besides him. rarely made a mental mistake on the court and was a solid 20 5 5 type guy.
