Mrs Mallox and other boardies who have contributed intelligent movie reviews,

Rottentomatoes.com click on Movies then dropbox to Top Movies. It gives the top tomato rated ones from 2009, 10 as well as 2011. Lots of them are obscure. I haven't gotten Netflicks yet so have not viewed. You?

It's not a grade of 98%.

It means 98% of the critics that reviewed the movie gave it a thumbs up.

Don't the paid critics (for that matter us non critics) have to give their own rating of a show a 60% or above to consider it "fresh" vs "rotten"?
Thus if 20 paid reviewers each and all give it a "meh" 60% rating it comes thru as 100%?

Anywho especially the ones that pulled 100% I'm wondering if any of you have viewed.

Animal Kingdom and the Prophet are both very good.

And How To Train Your Dragon is also an excellent kids' movie that I enjoyed.

Edit:

I predict you'll love the Prophet and go apeshit over Animal Kingdom.

If 60% of the critics out there approve of the movie, it's considered fresh.
