I hated it when they started selling all the bbq and all the other flavors, makes it harder to find the original.

I put it on a lot of things. I like to buy KFC and put that on there, and on the potatoes, and the corn... not in the drink though, not yet.

Yup that stuff is the shit.

Oh Have you ever had the Asian Zing at Buffalo Wild Wings?

Damn.
I make my own wings but occasionally go out. Never been to BWW though. There's a place (used to be) downtown Austin called BW3 that had the best wings I've had besides my own.

Wings are easy and cheap to make, no reason to pay for them.

I have wondered why Frank's hasn't gotten with Lays and produced a chip.

They have produced a chip, I know I've seen them

I tend to bust out the Red Devil's or tobasco.

Why the hell are wings so expensive at places, it's the cheapest muscle meat part of the damn bird.

Simple economics....charge what people will pay.

These places that advertise like 50-cent wings....sounds cheap, but I can rack up 10 dollars that way real quick!

I can eat a few wings, not a ton, but my share.

I bake them then boil them for a couple minutes in Frank's and butter.

Makes my mouth water thinking about it. Put that with a Guinness and some blue cheese dressing and it's on.

El Yucateco green isn't bad for a store-bought sauce. Way hotter than Tabasco or Cholula and without the stinking vinegar. Still, not so hot that it's inedible (far from it) like Dave's Insanity and other crap that use capsaicin extract.

Yeah, I'm putting Frank's or Texas Pete's in/on more foods than is probably healthy.

As for chicken, I fix legs and thighs when I'm making them myself. Why bother gnawing on tiny-ass wings?

I'm liking tapatio hot sauce lately...

Couple of weeks ago we just ate dinner at the fire pit cooking ribeyes on the grate...then just cutting them in strips, dropping them in warm flour tortillas and hitting them with the tapatio. obviously cold beer was involved.

El Yucateco is especially awesome on chicken. The citrus flavor (habaneros are really high in Vitamin C) works really well with it.

Tried Hooter's wings for the first time last weekend.

Ov-er-ra-ted *clap clap - clap clap clap*

They were alright, but I still like mine better. I use a seasoned breading, and my sauce is just a combo of Franks + Tobasco + lemon pepper + garlic salt.

For eggs my favorite is a salsa called xnipec: you take a small red onion, a roma tomato, some cilantro, a bit of lime juice, a bit of orange juice or orange soda (or just bitter orange juice and no lime if you can find the bitter oranges), some salt, and about 10 orange habaneros. Dice it all up and mix together and it's outstanding on eggs and huevos ranchaeros. It's really hot if you leave the habanero ribs in, and still pretty hot if you remove the ribs and seeds before chopping the habaneros.

I hear ya, I mean, like you said, I guess they are alright, but I prefer my wings with flavor and taste. Both of those things are absent at Hooters.

For eggs I like either Cholula or A1. I know A1 is a little weird, but when I figured it out I was poor and was tired of salt and pepper eggs so I just found whatever else was in the apartment. I just throw it in while scrambling.

My favorite shit to put on pork is to take about 30 arbol chiles, a clove of garlic, and a slice or two of white onion, boil them until soft, drain, and puree in the blender with a little water and salt. I always make it when doing carnitas, so it's always put in with some fresh onion and fresh cilantro too.
