CA Politician Calls for assisination of Obama and his family

At first, I thought surely his account got hacked. But he didn't back away from it, and in fact has responded to this article in the comments by saying people suggesting he be imprisoned for his comments (threats of assassination against the POTUS have always been taken rather seriously) "deserve what our government has become."

I went to check out his Facebook. He isn't denying the comments or really backing down from them. He even discusses the visit he got from the Secret Service today.
