Thats odd. I thought Montreal was better than I expected.
Man, Andy Najar lost his damn mind in the DC NY game today. NYRB might be the only team I hate more than SJ. Probably not though, fuck San Jose.

Well, our club is owned by LOLitalian mafiosos who are friends with the LOLitalian stars of the team - Alessandro Nesta, Marco Di Vaio and Matteo Ferrari

Hopefully LA will lose tonight so Landicakes can play versus the Ruskies next week.

Nooooooooooooooo. I doubt Landon is going to play against Russia regardless of the outcome of tonight's game. Honestly the recent interviews make it seem like he's not going to play for the US in the near term. I agree with you now that Landon isn't a lock for the USMNT in 2014 (but of his own choosing not because we have anyone pushing him out).

Can't say otherwise when the guy comes out and says he's not sure he wants to play.
Hope the midfielders step up because there's no Donovan heir apparent.

Hopefully you stay half right. lol. RSL has been a thorn in the Sounders side. Ought to be a really good game.

Its not an MLS playoffs if the Galaxy don't get to eliminate the Sounders, TBH.

What a letdown. Gonna be interesting to see how many players return next season. You could see this coming though over the past couple months. RSL looked like shit. Not sure why Kreis decided to change it up and play more of a possession game instead of attacking but you could tell we weren't the same the second half of the season.
Congrats to Seattle...those fans deserve a MLS Cup.

We'll see. Win or lose going to be another great round. RSL was a tough challenge, even if they were in a bit of a slump. LA going to be an even tougher challenge if they play like they did the last leg.

How many fans will be in Seattle for their home leg? 67,000 + another 10,000 outside? Could be epic.
Becks has said in the past he felt Seattle was the closest environment to Europe in the US, I think it's about to be taken to the next level.

So far when I got my email to buy tickets the other day, it only showed seats available for about 40,000 or so. They could very well open up the CLink for the full 67, 000 or max capacity at around 72,000

Ouch. LA scary. Don't really do anything all year & turn it on at the end. Respect

I wouldn't say they haven't done anything all year. They really have been dominant for much of the 2nd half of the season (you guys killed us during that run but I guess it didn't mean much). But yeah - watching Landon and Keane play off each other is beautiful.

Also, I think the Becks era in the MLS (as a player) is coming to an end. The MF we can play withot him in the lineup is a faster more dynamic mid field and its generally better on everything except free kicks.

Been meaning to do this for days.....Congrats to LA. The mountain was too high to climb for the Sounders & Sigi's starting 11 in the 1st leg was a mistake.
I see the Dynamo winning the MLS cup, but either way it'll be a good game.

LA Galaxy want Kaka to replace Beckham.
Quote:
"We're well aware of Kaká's interest in MLS, and we in turn have made it very clear to him that he's aware of our interest in him," said Tim Leiweke, the president of AEG, which owns the Galaxy. "We have a great relationship with Real Madrid, and just as we worked through a player with them six years ago [Beckham], I'm absolutely convinced we could find the right deal this time, too."
