IF last year there was no .4 shot would we have beaten the Pistons??

If we had beaten the Lakers last year. Would we have had a chance against the Pistons?? I think we had a weaker team last year and Pistons had a similar team as this year. So I beleive it would have been very tough for us, even tougher last year than this year to win the championship.
