The time to sign him would have been while you could still amnesty RJ. At this point he would be too expensive and it would create a bigger glut at a position that right now seems to be in good shape with RJ/Leonard/Green and most likely Anderson and Manu getting some there. The need is for a big. While I love AK47's game he is not what the Spurs need right now.

Kirilenko will stay with Moscow till the end of the season and they will try to win the Euroleague together. Great move by Kirilenko, real team guy.
