The worst part is that the guy just doesn't get it. In his interviews with the media he keeps saying that he didn't know who the editor at Penny Arcade was and that he underestimated Dave.

Um, why not just treat everyone of your customers with respect and not worry about who has the power to ruin you? What a moron.
